February 29th, 2024

I’ve been wondering a lot about life, lately. I don’t know what it is. Maybe I’ve been left alone too long and have too much time to think. Maybe pieces of media I’ve been indulging in have provoked further thought. I’ve always been like this, though, I think. It’s just been more so than lately. Well, I won't deep dive into my thoughts today. Let's get onto what I did today...

Dancing with Ghosts

So, in AP World History today, we took notes and had a group project. Dog Boy Name talked to Mr. Fun about how they had an activity during lunch that included students shooting something with water guns, and some of them had thought to shoot him! LMAO?? Then Tall Guy said, "Aw I wish I done that," DBN: "Well, you can't. It's over." TG: "I'll bring my own water gun and shoot you." "Well...don't do that!" LMAO?? So, my group was assigned a topic to do research on and make a google drawing of. I sorta got stuck with being the designer? The teacher said it had to look nice, so I tried...there were three typing sections to do, and I missed my chance to pick one, so I had to design and stuff. I'm not complaining, really, I just feel like I'm not contributing as much as my peers, I guess...they have to write like a paragraph, which isn't that bad, but still...

Crime Catchers Debut

In English Honors 10 today, we had a substitute teacher. He wasn't all that bad, he was really just there. We had a timed write argumentative essay about junk food and how it was either bad or good for you, obviously I chose bad because that's easier to argue...LOL. It was a boring write, took me about an hour, even though I mostly ended up writing the same thing over and over again. Then, when I finished, my podcast partner and I went to go record our voices for our crime podcast. It was alright, I kept laughing at trying to pronounce the last name "Volupides", which is pronounced "Voll-up-ee-dees"? LMAO?? Anyways, hopefully we finally have that eight minute mark now...

Teamwork Makes the Dreamwork

In math 2 today, we had warm-ups, CYU #3 checked, and a team test. Team test was fairly easy, and I really like my group. We had laughs, which is rare for me because I don't really have friends in any of my classes LOL. Also, interesting story. So, there was this guy now in my math 2 class, he sits behind me (not directly), and he was also in my math class in eighth grade. I had a nickname for him among my friends because he was a really prominent character in the classroom. Anyway, he's friends with Curly Blonde and her other girl friend. His nickname was Math Spokesperson, uh, I'll explain the nickname later, and I guess we'll keep it. Anyway, he was talking about how last year, ninth grade freshman year, he had college and careers (I took the class too, we even had the same teacher, but it's a one semester class. He had it first, I had it second. You mostly just learn how to manage money [sorta], make a four year plan, and watch movies.), and had Mr. Apple (nickname). So, second day of freshman year, and he's sitting in the class. He has a pocket knife, I suppose he just carries one around? My father does the same thing, so this isn't strange behavior for me. Maybe he just forgot to leave it at home or something, I dunno why he brought it to school...anyway, Mr. Apple sees like the shine of the knife from his pocket, and asks him, "What is that?" and Math Spokesperson responds, "Oh, it's just my money clip." "May I have a closer look at it please?" So, then, Math Spokesperson has to reveal the knife to him, and Mr. Apple calls the SRC (students' representative council, they're basically the people you get sent to [they have their own office on the school campus] when you're in trouble, or I guess in this case, they come to you...), and they send five guys to walk him to the office!!! Math Spokesperson was saying, "The whole time, I was thinking, it's over man, second day of freshman year and I'm done!" LMAO, I missed what he said what happened after, but he's still here at this school, so nothing major I guess!

After School

After the eight long hours that seemed to drag out for an eternity, I finally got home and just played Until Dawn all day, granted I spent around half an hour working on designing the project for history that's due tomorrow. I think I might finish this play-through tomorrow! I can't wait for the remaster teehee :3 (off note: Mike is so fine...iykyk...) In my play-through so far, Jessica and Matt have for sure died. The flamethrower guy too, if you count him. Micheal is out to save Joshua right now while the rest of the team tries and stops him LOL. Hopefully next play-though I can save Jessica, because I can never save her!! Ugh!! I like her :(

Anyways, that's about all for today- oh right, happy Leap Year! One of my elementary school friends' (?) birthday was on Leap Year. He'd be turning four, LOL.

(Note: I'll post the 28th's blog hopefully tomorrow, I swear...soon...)
