Hey I know you're going through something right now. And I know you might feel ugly or useless or empty or you don't even know what you feel anymore, and all of your feelings are valid. You are a great person. And no matter if you're a person of color, queer, disabled, have any other religious views or whoever you are, I love you and I care about you. I'll never truly understand exactly what you're feeling right now, but I know it's hurting you. What you're feeling is okay, it's valid, and it's normal. You are loved by me, your friends love you, your teachers love you, your pets love you, your parents or guardians love you, your siblings love you, and all of us here and everywhere else love you. We love you with all our hearts, and we're all here for you. We're here for you when it feels like nobody is there, and when you feel so empty and lonely, we're all here. I am here for you. I'll listen to whatever you have to say, it's not wrong, you're not wrong. Your feelings are valid. What you feel is normal. And we're all here to make sure the icky feeling goes away. You help me. I want to know how you're feeling, and I want to know your interests, I want to know your favorite song, I want to know your favorite color, I want to know your favorite food, I want to know your favorite hobbies, I want to know every single little detail about you. All of it is so beautiful. Your soul is truly amazing, and you should take care of it. Not a single part of you isn't perfect to me. Each facet of your being is remarkable and inherently valuable. Your unique qualities contribute to the beauty and richness of who you are. During challenging times, it's important to recognize the immense worth that you have.
