After doing the challenge set by my friend, where I'd restrict the hell out of my internet access to only being able to do things that I need to do, I've noticed some changes. Big changes. One, I felt a lot better, and I mean a LOT better. Not emotionally, but don't worry, I got over my depression period for 2 to 3 weeks now. But physically speaking, I felt much better. I only needed to think about the things that mattered to me, instead of worrying about issues I was too young to be concerned about. Boy, if I could tell you about my political views. My sleep schedule also got fixed, despite me staying up decently late. I actually get sleepy when I'm supposed to get sleepy. I didn't even do much, but that was ok. I hope you guys try something like this out sometime, because otherwise, you will be worried about a whole lotta shit that doesn't matter.
