weird acc stuff

is anyone elses acc just weird???? like i add those running across your screen thingys and it goes straight to the bottom i wanted one of tose raining things and they fall too fast😭😭 i probably did smtn 2 cause this but i dont know what all i know is its becoming a lil annoying
