potentially a new OC?

so, I was sick and wanted to do something productive. Since I had nothing better to do, I decided I wanted to draw the character from my profile picture in a different setting. I also didn't want him to be green again, so I did pink because I was in that mood. 

I think I want to make this guy into a full blown OC now, backstory and all. He started out as practice when I first got my drawing tablet, but he seems like he has potential, you know?
