HELP PLEASE

so basically ive never had a romantic experience EVER, not even like talking stages or EVEN SMALL TALK. I think that its because i was really depressed but that was a long time ago, ive changed  LOT this past year and im more confident but i still get NOTHING. I know im still young and some people dont get a partner until like mid 20s BUT I CANT HELP TO THINK MAYBE IST MY FAULT.  A lot of people tell me im really pretty and i think so too, so i dont etgt why NOBODY aproaches me, i have to be atleast one persons type.

Anyway, theres this girl at school thats really pretty and i would like to ask for her instagram or sum, but i have no idea how. Its the second girl ever that ive thought of that way so bear with me on that since i have no experience with girls (nor boys lol).
