Help! W fashion xp

So I was thinking that maybe this summer I should try a new style cuz I like experimenting lol. I wanted 2be like gyaru, scene or a mix of both cuz I rlly like both!! My goal is to be on a reasonable price at least , but idk where 2 find good brands that arent foreign even tho most gyaru stuff is from Japan lolzz. Also I want 2 know of like DIY tips! I want to buy shirts and make custom band shirts or like bleach them, I think taht would be a cool activy 2 XD!!!
