convention lineup

After taking a year off from convention vending, I'm jumping right back into it this year. I've got a whole spreadsheet of conventions in my area and I've applied to four so far, with one vendor application going through which is :D But it's not until late September so I've got a long time to wait lol.

Blerdcon, SuperStar Anime, and WasabiCon have yet to get back to me. But I realllyyyyy hope I can get into WasabiCon and Blerdcon. I have a lot of new merch ideas (some of which I've already drawn art for) but I don't want to jump the gun and get it all manufactured until I have an actual convention lined up to sell them at. My online store has been tanking now that Etsy's search is ruined by paid ad sellers and dropship dipshits. I've been working on making a Big Cartel store instead but the fact that you have to calculate your own shipping is ughhhhhhh destroying my brain.

I'm thinking of making some kind of Star Trek merch because I am shocked at myself for having not done so already lol. Maybe a DS9 print or a series of buttons. I also want to make something Cardcaptor Sakura related since I just finished watching the original anime last week and I am Obsessed Now. It was so cute and soft omggggggg. No real straight-up villains which was nice. BUT ANYWAY plz let me in WasabiCon I need something to do in May aaaaaa.
