I dont understand the south korean school system (rant)

I will never get the point of making life JUST about work, studying, and who is the best in whatever. A really good example is the south Korean school system (and Japanese/Chinese). I think everyone knows that south Korea has one of the highest suicide rates in the world, mainly because of how much they have to work and study.

Yes, south Korea is also number #1 at most educated countries in the world, but you do NOT have to do allat to be educated. Sweden for example is on number #9 at most educated countries, AND they're also number #6 at happiest country's in the world. Sweden only has 6 hours of school per day, younger students rarely get homework at all and older students only spend about 35 MINUTES on homework daily, and Sweden is also thinking about doing a 3 day weekend. And yet Sweden is STILL one of the most educated countries in the world. 

And I know that this post won't change anything, but the point is; Korea, you do NOT need to make 65 people kill themself DAILY in your country to be educated, you can be happy & enjoy life and still be educated
