Were coming up on the busiest and most stressful weeks of the year.
A lot of people see it as.. or act like they see it as a happy cheerful time of year. But for me and atleast a few other people I know.. its more stressful than anything.
We have thanksgiving where we bounce around to different houses stuffing ourselves full enduring hours with people you love but also hate in a family kinda way.
that leads directly into Christmas and Christmas shopping.
where will you go, who will you see? Are you sending Christmas cards? when are you putting up decorations or lights? have you bought gifts yet? That person bought you a gift.. do you buy them something now? what about the new year.. we should have new goals set up! It all comes up so quickly and crazily and sometimes it causes rifts in our relationships.
How do you cope with all that?
I've been trying to focus on my business and making new pieces to sell before Christmas so that we have extra gift money.
I'm less interested in toys and little things that get tossed and forgotten about in a matter of days for my kids. Were more into puzzles, arts and crafts or trips/memberships.
these things help us save money and focus more on the time we have together.
