i've been feeling really icky lately because my work only starts again in a couple of weeks and i'm struggling with uni applications (no idea how to start the writeups.. plus i've got to prepare some specific drawings for my portfolio)
but one thing i noticed is that even a little bit of productivity gets me out of this funk. whether that's doing the laundry, reading a book, etc, once i force myself to start doing something, my mood improves a TON and i feel the urge to do more things other than doom scroll on my phone
i feel great :) hope everyone is having a good day as well
