SpaceHey 102? Shit to maybe know/do once you've set up camp

Hello! Welcome to the Old Web reborn! Sorta lmao what is this intro

This blog post is sorta an extension of Pory's Welcome to SpaceHey: a beginner's guide! and also pulls from notes and tips I gave to some homies that considered joining SpaceHey. I presume you already have a cool epic layout and mostly know about this sites features, if not check out Pory's blog! 

These points are not in any specific order and probably specific to my experience, a user of 7 months here in search of mutual friends around my age that do cool stuff, mainly bulletin-ing and some bloggin as a treat. Do whatever you please with this wisdom!

• In general some people send friend rqs just to fill their friends lists or to promo their stuff, much like a typical follow but they reach out to you to get you on board with their content.
• There's afew common-ish profiles that are trying to build a following more than a friendship: Wacky Alex, Perty the Virtual Musician, Wubzilla & Dr.Helado are the ones I know, and there's tons of others mainly promoing music. There's nothing wrong with this at all but it's not everyone's style! 100% okay to follow or block or whatever you want to do bout it
  
• If you want to try and avoid the nsfw spam blogs and get rid of Cool New People, use ublock origin filters.
• Get the extension here, open the extension, go to settings (gears icon), select My Filters tab, insert the following line and apply changes: spacehey.com##.cool.new-people
  
• Also may work on Android Firefox, but not iOS Firefox :( Look into Add-ons if you wanna take a shot at it!
  
• Top blogs are typically either:
  1. Page graphics compilations/resources
  2. Random art/selfies. Be nice
  3. Discourse/ragebait. Don't engage the trolls yo
• Only friends can comment on your profile or send you IMs
• The only things you get notifs for are blog/bulletin/profile comments and replies, and when someone sends or accepts a friend request. 
• Things you do NOT get notifs for are subscribed blog/joined group postings, you gotta check on those yourself (And please do!)
• You are not automatically subscribed to your friends blogs for some reason, do that on their blog page (blog.spacehey.com/username) to see them appear in your subscriptions.
• You can subscribe to blogs of non-friends!
  
• You can use RSS with blogs! Appears on peoples blog pages, you know the lil orange icon to look for.
  
• Bulletins can be such an intimate thing. Quality of them varies from like one sentence about how silly something is to a synopsis of their day, or it can be wips or whatever the hell you/they want. Some will take it as a space to vent and will ideally denote that in the title.
• You CANNOT edit Bulletins or comments
