how to fix the falling/snowflake effect?

okay so im not having problems with the images at all, so if you go on my profile and see that the snowflakes have no images just ignore that

but how do i stop the snowflakes from falling on only the right side of my screen? basically only over the "about" section?


i saw another person make a blog on this who had the same problem although it wasn't very helpful
