every mammal has milk, yes?
well, then, i now want to go on a - possibly, arguably useless & futile, but fun and cultured (pun intended) - quest, to find and try as many of the world's milks, and their cheeses, as possible
any advice? (other than "don't do it"?) has anyone else tried to explore the world's milks? where should i start? i live in SoCal, and so far, just by being alive & operating normally, i've tried cow's milk, obviously, goat's milk, and sheep's milk. those are relatively common. i wanna get rarer, weirder
thank you

I have no idea where to start or how much is actually possible to get but I think this is an incredible idea and I too wish to try all the milk and/or cheese

only weird "milks" i can think of don't come from mammals, but do exist are roach milk and pigeon/dove milk (otherwise known as CROP milk)
not sure if you can make these into cheeses but who knows, maybe some weirdo can serve you a bottle of roach milk.

until someone's tried to milk a bear, i will not be accepting non-mammal entries, thank you
