I FORGOT TO BLOG AGAIN also unreal engine

at this stage the 52 people who have viewed my profile (half of them are probably me admiring my profile xD) should just expect me to blog at the least convenient times lmfao

anyway i’m here again, not sure what to talk about other than i downloaded unreal engine. i’m planning on become a game dev soon but jfc nobody makes an actual guide to UE and it’s just rlly complicated tbh like what the fuck do any of these things mean??? 

i was planning on using blueprints (basically coding without code) but at this stage i should just learn c++ and just spam my keyboard until i get a good result xD (i’m typing this blog on my iPad and every time i write the letter x it recommends me to write xenoblade or xd lmao) like fuckin hell i just want to make a cool movement shooter but all the guides make no fucking sense to me

i have way too many ideas for games in my head and each one is complicated af like there’s ideas in my head for a movement shooter with Overwatch-like abilities that you can choose, an mmorpg with both shooter and hack and slash elements, a tactical rpg where the story’s simple but the gameplay isn’t, yeah there’s too much in my head

i also bought the Splatoon 3 DLC and JESUS FUCK SIDE ORDER IS HARD! i heard the story’s amazing but i can’t experience it cause the game just loves to kill me at floor 25

welp i can’t think of anything else to write and i really want to play some Phantasy Star Online right now so i might as well just end the blog here. seeya in another unexplained period of time xD!!!
