its pretty simple!! bulletins are kinda like blogs that only ur friends can see.
blogs are places for you to voice ur opinion, either about ur favorite topic or anything you'd wish to talk about to the public (or private, you can change the setting when ur making a blog), and you can edit them and stuff.
groups are a good way to find more friends (kinda dead though :P) and for all the layout stuff, theres plenty of resources!
