The advice we give our friends is the same as we ought to follow...

... I don't follow my own advice sometimes. I'm not always the nicest to myself and I can be the worst critic. 

I gained some weight recently and kept picking my body apart, as if were a paper meant to be graded when I should've loved on myself a little bit more. 

I'm enough at every size and am worthy of all of the love that makes life worth living.
