Welcome!
I have been customizing binder books decorated to my favorite characters, and this blog is dedicated to these books. I use them as regular notebooks and doodle books so i bring them to school! Wow, shocking! I don't get bullied dw everyone's a weeb at school.
They are decorated with the stickers i've accumulated from buying fanmerch in comifuro and idk insert other various methods of sticker collection. I have two books as of now.
"Why binder books?" good question. First of all in terms of functionality you can exchange paper from one binder to another (unless they have different sets of holes), you also dont have to rip your paper if you're giving one sheet to another person, not only that binder papers are easy to find. Second, it's just easier to find inspo for and decorate. I recommend going to pinterest! Tbh i really wanna do the lace deco on the cover but that's another plan for another day. Okay last one, it just really makes me happy, when i was in 4th grade kids would exchange binder papers with one another and i loved it. Being the extreme introvert i used to be, of course i was struck with dopamine whenever someone approached me to exchange papers with me. So maybe that feeling is still the same.

Here's one dedicated to Yae Sakura from 2022, retired in 2023 as an archive book now because the book was getting kind of heavy hahaha ^^ it still has much more papers inside, mostly doodles and ancient diary entries though.

YOUR BINDERS ARE SO CUTEEE I definitely agree binders are better than notebooks (the one I had was way to heavy so I take my notes digitally now, its not as cute T-T)

Some notes apps definitely limit the amount of customization you can do but you can make custom templates in goodnotes if you use that!
