It is now quite late in the evening, I am sitting in front of my old Pentium, while trying to download a new album of my favorite band. It is taking quite a while...Wait, someone is calling at the door...Gotta check this out.
Soooo....as I was looking at my buzzer screen. I saw a peculiar looking delivery guy there. I mean, I usually open the door right away but this time something was weird about him...
I waited until the screen dimmed down and eventually turned black. "Is he gone?" - I thought.
I'm just being paranoid right? ...But than again, a delivery this late. I went back to my PC and opened my email to check if I had any packages scheduled to be delivered today.
...hmmm, nothing is there
I wonder what this could be. A letter from a new friend may be?
I opened the door and stepped out onto a dark terrace, lit only by two lonely lightbulbs separated by a few meters from each other. Somehow, darkness does not scare me. I work in the night most of the time, with my only light source being my computer screen.
I hoped onto the stairs and quickly came down to the ground floor. I opened my mail box, and sure enough there was no letters in there. I wasn't surprised, after all - the delivery guy was holding a box. Our box disposal is outside of the apartment complex, so I had to go outside to access it. As I stepped out from the hallway, I noticed a car, which I have never seen before. The front lights were still on, shining right into my face. So whoever was sitting there was not visible to me. I didn't give it much attention and instead concentrated on remembering my passcode for the mailbox.
"Clunk"
The mailbox, slowly opened on it's own.
I looked inside of that dark metal box, but my eyes found absolutely nothing. Just an empty space.
"Aghhh, what the hell" I said to myself. Feeling a little annoyed I hurried back upstairs towards my apartment.
I have been feeling like someone was watching me. But this... Is there something going on that I don't know about? I'll try to document any updates on this situation I have.
