my ankle hurts

I was walking down the stairs on my way to my last class and then like, on the last step my left foot (or knee? one of the two) decided to give out and I busted my ass. My ankle didn't even start hurting until I got home and went to take my after-school nap, and when I woke up my shit was ACHING SO BADDD like I could barely wiggle it without it burning. so i just layed there waiting for the pain to go away, and it did but my ankle still aches. 

I guess this is what I get for speed walking down a flight of stairs wearing 3 inch wedge babydoll shoes :(
