I HATE ENGLISH CLASS !!!1!1!1!1!!!!

like ok i know how to write and stuff but for the love of GOD stop making me write persuasive essays on topics i dont care about like rn we’re doing a performance task and i have to write about brains or whatever but the sources they gave us are like 4th grade level textbook cheese and it sucks so bad like stop making me read this stuff PLEASE for the love of god

like its making me write notes and tbh my note writing methods are very much so copying what i see written onto paper but theyre making me do google docs cornell notes which doesnt even make sense like what??? what??? why???? so i use the highlighter and stuff and i get read like a 2nd grade kid’s magazine idiot article that’s LITERALLY IN A KIDS THING. LIKE IT SAYS ITS IN A KIDS TEXTBOOK OR SOMETHING…. and its like “yeah memory happens because the brain sends electical impulses to nerve cells” like IT SAID IMPULSES AND NERVE CELLS I CANT MAKE THIS UP… 

like okay i GET that im in english and not neuroscience but i really dont need to read elementary level stuff and write a “research paper” based on…. a guinness  world record sounding “source” that literally cites ONE PAPER. UAGAHAGAUSGSHGHH

no actually im looking at it AND JTS JUST MLA FORMATTING A KIDS BOOK YOU WOULD FIND AT A SCHOOLASTIC BOOK FAIR…

obviously like if this stuff if ur jam thats cool like genuinely good for u BUT IT CERTAINLY ISNT MINE. i am a math and science kid ok… like maybe if you slapped hatsune miku on my assignments somewhere id be happier but like… ughhhhhghhhghghh
