Poem of mine.

                                      The Color Palette

          An artist uses a color palette to complete a picture

          Amalgamated in a mixture

          Different colors are selected together

          Alone are good but combined are better

          All are colors and among them is blue

          Just like us we consist of many hues

          An important part of the picture is green

          Similar to how multiple walks of life make up our big scene

          The picture's not dull in the mix is red

          And people use many languages that are spoken and said

          There is the color grape

          And we come in many size and shape

          Orange, yellow, gray, white, and black

          Earths big picture is color filled without lack

          Our lives are like many stories that are told

          We all seem connected and shine bright like gold
