(TW: SH) crying

i thought i was able to stay clean for longer, ive been clean for 4 months but one thought was enough to ruin that

my left arm hurts like shit, its almost numb, and im almost out of bandaids. ig ill have to get more when my parents come back home.

now im watching a cyyuvtuber stream bc i cant sleep :')

im feeling slightly better but the bandaids are bothering me
