Why does tumblr let people write weird shit

People who write reader in fanfics shorter then the character, And write stepcest, Non-con, And weird shit should be banned. (AIMED RIGHT AT TUMBLR WRITERS) I dont understand how Tumblr even allows this. Like to people who write that shit do you have any shame? ( ´~｀)
