If its your own personal photo you need to uplaod it to a site like Imgur first and then get the image adress from there. You also need to make sure the image is a png for it to work. If it's not a png you can use a converter site to change the image, just google jpg (or whatever format it is) to png and use whatever site comes up. When you put that html in you need to click the button in the top left of the blog entry box that has the two arrows (looks like this <>) to change it to html view (its right under the word Content: when you go to make/edit a blog entry).
