Cosplay??

I REALLY REALLY want to start cosplaying but idk how to :(( I get 250 kr at the end of every month and I don't know what I should spend this money on to make a good cosplay :/ I have a list of characters I want to cosplay but I just don't know where to start!! 

Help and tips would be appreciated :)

Also I'm a hijabi so I don't need any tips on wigs lmao XD
