The ability to die without dying.

Faking your own death in other words. What kind of consequences does it have? It varies from the one that have "passed" and the people affected. If one of your familymembers suddenly passed away in a car crash or any other horrible way you'd probably ba faced with agonizing sorrow. Then, you find out that your family member did not in fact pass away but is safe and sound someplace. Is it anger you feel for the sorrow you just wasted on a lie or is it relief and happiness for finding out the truth and knowing that your relative is safe and alive? Or is it both? I also wonder how it is for the passt. Do you leave your life behind? All of it? Do you avoid sushi restaurants now because you know that you loved eating sushi before you "died"? In fear of someone finding you. Or in want to leave your old self behind. How far will you go to forget your old self? Will you try your best to suffocate the last you untill your old self isn't even a memory. Or will you just live a paralell life? Like two personalities in one person. The one that died and the one that was born. Be in the same body, does it get crowded?
