blinkies aren't working for me :(

idk why but it won't let me put blinkies on my profile, idk anything about coding so maybe I'm putting the link part in the wrong spot or something??? any help figuring this out is appreciated I just want to put goofy blinkies on my profile (also before anyone says anything, yes I have been copying the links from imgur it still doesn't work)
