maybe youve bottled up all your feelings for a while and then its kinda just spilling out after the months of it. IDK this is from personal expierants from myself. Maybe you just need to let ff some anger like just go ouside and scream or something that always helps me

ANOTHER ONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THATS LIKE???!! I got not really suspended but pushed out from school the last three days before winter break in 6th grade because I was a "Security Threat" I told my mental health counselor about some homicidal thoughts I was having towards another student and she told safety admin who then told the assistant principal after doing a threat assessment and I had to get an eval done. Sucked ass, but not as bad as my psych ward visits. I have so many shit stories about The Brook DuPont I could write a fucking book.
