Today was actually not to bad. I was kinda sobbing last night because I was worried that today would suck, but I actually had a good day. After doing some self care in the morning I felt a whole lot better. Here's a sign to take a shower, wash your face, do whatever you need to because I guarantee that if you take care of yourself you'll feel a whole lot better.
I've been in a rut for the past few days just because I wasn't really taking care of myself or my surroundings. After I finally got some stuff done I felt better, more productive, etc. Self care truly is important. I feel like my ADHD isn't taking me over as much now, like I can actually atune myself to what's important.
Anyways, I think I might start doing these entries every so often just so I can log how I'm doing somewhere. Hope y'all have a good day/night/whatever. Much Love! <3
