questions for bands

hiii so i kind of just made a list of things i want answers for because im starting my own band but i don’t know anything basically? idk if anybody will see this but any help is so so so greatly appreciated

- what inspires you?

- how do you find the confidence to put your art out there?

- what should i invest in early on? (gear, etc)

- how did you find all of your members? we have a guitarist, vocalist, drummer, but we haven’t found a bassist yet :d

- what should i expect early on?

- how do i start to grow a local fanbase? are there any good ways outside of doing small gigs?

these questions are probably kind of dumb and i could probably find answers if i looked a little harder but i figured asking here would get me a better result :D
