linking a few small fashion brands I like, I haven't bought from every one!
ouchhh - lots of hello kitty, y2k pieces, they package everything cutely too which I appreciate!
truth or dare - lots of 00s style graphic slogan tees
hashtagDDD - lots of cute and colourful pieces, I love their oliwa collab especially!
babymetalclub - definitely pricy but lots of cute gyaru pieces
lilia & lace - jfashion brand dedicated to making size inclusive pieces
gyarugirl - sells secondhand gyaru pieces alongside other styles (mori girl, lolita)
I do want to say too it's convenient to buy from resellers but it's always cheaper to buy directly from secondhand japanese auction sites!
