Due to the nature of the site, it requires an external service.
The popular ones should work, but I recommend imgbb, since you can create an account, set privacy settings, and obtain the necessary code needed for use on here, all for free.
After uploading an image, and setting the privacy settings accordingly, select the HTML image option and copy the code.
Then return to your blog post, press the "<>" button, paste the code, and press the eye button. It may take some time, but the code should reflect on the blog post.

I primarily use desktop so I can help with that...
When making a blog, there should some tools/editors that appear in the textbook. Italics, bold, underline kinda stuff
In that same format editor thing, there's a photo icon. You snag a link of the image you want to add, press CONFIRM, and boom.
You can host images on filegarden or other image hosting websites.
