sea glass

i want to drown in the deep ocean before i succumb to old age

the water filling up the ocean's always been beautiful and it'd suit the expansion of my lungs

i'd die and sink and allow the fish to nibble on me until i'm nothing but bones

just bones, sitting at the bottom of the ocean for almost eternity

until eventually all of those disintegrate and i become one with the sand

and after a lot more time, i'd become the sand that's turned into one of the many glass bottles that an alcoholic throws out

i'd return to the mysterious blue waves and over another long period of time i'd become sea glass

a girl on an enchantingly gorgeous beach will pick me up and put me in her collection because i'm so beautiful

oh to be as lovely as seaglass - nature's delightful rebellion against our gluttonous waste
