I have a profound affection for Jouno and I'm starting to go insane. lemme tell you about my pookie.. (english is not my native language, sry for any mistakes)
 

 Jouno is a part of a military organisation Hunting Dogs and is basically a policeman. But the best part is that he's not just a kind caring saviour, but something even more interesting.
  

 First of all, he is unable to see. Due to his blindness, his senses are much stronger than other humans'. He can feel other's heartbeat, muscle sounds, body temperature, breathing, perspiration and even emotions (maybe there's more to add, that we don't know yet). It makes him really useful when cornering someone or getting the information out of them.

  But the aspect of this character that captivates me is his complexity. What he enjoys the most is spectating people's suffering. Torturing people is like an entertainment for him. He enjoys the sounds of people in agony. It's been said that he had made burglars kts. (isn't that adorable huh)

  At first, Jouno, once indifferent to morality, was a truly cruel person. However, six years of work with Hunting Dogs has made him form a sense of justice, albeit not that strong. Despite being a sadistic bitch, he still finds pleasure in praise. Exposure to justice and saving others, hearing them thanking him has tempered his sadistic tendencies, leading him to acknowledging the joy of saving the innocent. So basically HE'S CHANGING in a good way, Asagiri please bring him back so we can see the good side of Jouno arggh!!!
