All for us #2- Anxiety

 Welcome to all for us blog #2 - Anxiety


Anxiety, my dear friends, is not fun. 

Not fun at all.

Anxiety comes in many different forms, ranging from mild to extreme.

Now this is something I experienced that I can connect with you all about though,(and please remember!)

 !!!!ANXIETY ISNT THE SAME FOR EVERYONE!!!!

According to MedlinePlus  “Anxiety is a feeling of fear, dread, and uneasiness. It might cause you to sweat, feel restless and tense, and have a rapid heartbeat.

This is something many people deal with, in fact, 31.1% of our population have anxiety.

But like i said it's not always the same for example my dear friend we will call her Cameron (not her real name!) She said  “Last year i had really bad anxiety at the end of the day it got really bad (before 7th block for NO reason) when i was 9 i that was when i had anxiety and thats when it all started” 


The cause of anxiety is still being researched but scientist did discover that its somehow connected to stress, genetics, brain biology, etc.


Some symptoms of anxiety can include 


-anxious thoughts are hard to control 

-loss in interest 

-physical syptoms like fast heart rate and shortness of breath

-changes in behaviour 


If you have any of these symptoms it is recomened to avoid caffeine so the symptoms won't worsen 


I know that this blog hasn’t given much information as i’m still researching about these things but if you have any information or tips for others with anxiety please feel free to comment and give feedback
