Trying to figure out this new goober

So I’ve been slowly creating this new character and argh it’s so hard to decide on a cohesive design. I kinda got this pinecone-esque hairdo goin’ on and that’s basically his defining feature. Still need a name for him, backstory, personality, everything. Ideas would be greatly appreciated because I’m not thinking up anything atm.
