This simply sprang out of my heart, filled with love for the world, and sorrow for all there is and ever was.
A GREAT LOVE
I experience a great love,
For the waves who crash on great cliff's jagged rocks,
Many many miles below me,
I miss them so dearly.
Though they do not know me,
And never have,
Some part of me doubts they ever will,
And yet I miss them.
I experience a great love,
For the stag who rears his head on mountains tall,
Many many miles above me,
I miss him so dearly.
Though he does not know me,
And never has,
Some part of me doubts he ever will,
And yet I miss him.
I experience a great love,
For the wolf who walks the edge of a great field,
Many many miles ahead of me,
I miss her so dearly.
Though she does not know me,
And never has,
Some part of me doubts she ever will,
And yet I miss her.
I experience a great love,
For all the world.
Though none of it truly knows me,
And so i miss it.
