mystery man
i dont think im qualified 2 help considering i myself dont have exec dysfunction (very good chance i do though)
but something that helps me is studying in little bits (reading things off to myself or other people, rewriting questions) and then studying vigorously right before the big thing so its all fresh 4 me
thank you ill try this

- blurting (write notes -> get a plain sheet of paper -> cover your notes -> write down what you can remember -> fill in anything u didn't write -> repeat until u wrote everythin!!!)
- feynman technique (pretend ur teaching the subject to something and fill in the gaps where u don't know!! repeat until u can comfortably teach it)
- active recall (i just use gizmo.ai for this!!!)
- doodle method (while u are revising, have a piece of paper that you scribble on mindlessly)
- flashcards
- mindmaps !!!
- practice papers/questions (can be found online :3)
hope this helps O(≧∇≦)O
