I can't anymore (Gore spam of feb 10 2024)

I decided to change accs from my OLD ACCOUNT to this one for A FRESH START and I'm already seeing gore again, this is literally the same as the new years gore spam can people actually get a fucking life and actually let others chill without scarring/triggering them WITH LITERAL ORGANS AND EXTREMELY NASTY S/H scars?
