So far im like 145 at 5'4 & i need to lose weight so an app i use called Lose It (not sponsored, requires a subscription) is gonna like help me get to like 130-120 :3 Also, guys if youre gonna fast make sure you like be safe with it, personally i fast for 18 hours which is like a 6 hour window.
