The entire magazine is funny, having largely a backlog of money laundering and oligarchy apologia  but this happens to be an entire article where a consulted expert works for a firms whose main mission statement is to scrub and protect the reputation of whomever is able to pay them.

It's a fun magazine to read beyond that. Nobody hides who they are writing it and it can almost be respected.
