as problematic as emily is, i genuinely think the animations are good, honestly it shows genuine mental illness, and the effects on abuse and such. it’s very very sad and disturbing but it’s very raw and very real. 

☹️the storyline and lore is genuinely sick and it’s even sadder with it all just being on big pile of trauma dumped into a show

i don’t recommend it if your not into very heavy topics,, or yk like blood 🙏 ( fake blood obvi,, it’s animated ) but i do recommend those who find those things interesting to research it and emily, as i find both very sad and fascinating
