Regrets and how it has affected aspects of peoples lives

Sometimes in Life, we will be presented with situations that makes us do regrettable things that when looking back to; we'll think to ourselves "What possessed you to behave/act such way?" 

There are things I've done that I regret, these flaws of mine crawl all over me. It makes it hard for me to look at myself with pride and confidence as it has been reasons of my devastating days in life. I sometimes wish I could just go live another universe where I didn't act upon my selfish desires; but it's not like I can stop it now. It already happened, what's left to do is to just simply learn to grow from it. 

Although not everyone can simply do so; Sometimes these regrettable things have affected peoples life so much to the point where their life dropped the moment the regret has been made. It's gonna be rough but just wait a little more. There will be something. It'll take some time, patience and a some work to get out of the dark. Find the light!
