dudeeeeeeeeeeee, it has been a while since I last online on this platform.
I'm truly exhausted, man :( I do this and do that for weeks now and it's pretty much heavy lifting work. not to mention that I also missed out a lot on my diet and I feel like my workout's performance is starting to decrease slowly but hey, as long as I can still do it, it will be fine right???

it's time like this that I wished I didn't complain more about going to school back then. erghhh. but whatever it is, let's keep rocking on and give it our best to the max!!!
