why is it so hard to speak to people

i have no idea how to answer to anyone venting or telling me anything really important to them, like i really care about you and i mean everything i say but why is so hard to put it in words WHY CANT I JUST LIKE MANIFEST IT INTO REALITY, WHY DOES EVERYTHING I SAY SOUND SO GODDAMN DRY AND TONEDEAF
