Miles Away.

My writing is extremely rusty. But this is something I wrote about a year ago and I hope some of you enjoy it. I hope to start writing more often, like I used to.

Miles away,

You are from me.

How I wish that we could be (together)

Your deep, warm eyes

And caring soul.

Draw me close

Don't let me go.

I see what you are,

I see what you will be,

You don't know what

You mean to me.

Long to hear your laugh

Long to see your smile.

This spark between us

Can be worthwhile.

I know you worry

And I do too

But you and I,

We will make it through.

Miles away,

You are from me.

How I wish that

We could be (together).
