The "Rendering Art" experience.

I am (or I was, maybe?) one of those ppl who use lineart for their drawings, use flat colors and add shadows and multiply layer, blah blah blah.

I'm also one of those few people that when something is too good and they love it, they hate it (not really, it's like an expression).

WELL THIS TIME IT WAS HORRIBLE!!!! I made a gift for myself (yeah, it's like personal art for myself or idk, it's kind of cheesy and cute but well) and I tried that "rendering" method.

Rendering (according to me):

Using the sketch itself instead of a lineart for coloring and at the end adding the little touches, in other words "cleaning it up" to make it look good.

And well, as I said before I use lineart and flat colors, I wanted to make an exception this time. Although I admit that I tried it before and I didn't get it right because I didn't understand how to do it.

Normally my drawings take 5 hours or maybe less or more, AND GUESS WHAT!!!!! THIS TOOK ME 2 DAYS!!!! YESTERDAY AND TODAY!!!! and the worst of all is that it looked good, which I hate!!!! is so pretty that I could do something a villian would do just by looking at it!!!!

Mind you, out of all that I hate it TOO MUCH (of affection) it really takes a lot of patience, I think the best results take time. This was like "stepping out of my comfort zone" or something. NEVER ATTEMPT TO RENDER!!!! (try it!!!!!)
