Starting My One Week Glow Up!!!!

Starting on Monday 2/12/2024 I'll update everyday!

I'll be doing three main things along with little things

1. Drinking a bottle of water every hour

2. working out every day

my workout will be:

100 crunches

100 jumping jacks

100 squats
