The OG creator of the OG story(Muffins) is someone I do NOT support, I am rewriting this story to give my childhood what it should have got; an ending, a better story, and to reclaim the characters. I am also doing this for everyone else who liked this story.

AppleBloom

Role: First apprentice/Unwilling Baker

Age: 7(First seen) ; 10(Last seen)

When she was 7 she followed Pinkie to Sugarcube Corner and that day Pinkie threatened her to join so as to not get caught. 
Applebloom is one of those characters that, out of all the bakers, who know what they are doing is wrong and can be seen as the main character.
She sees the world a different way after becoming a baker. Her thoughts on the world and others are now;
"It's an upsettin' place, I can't believe the world is like this... I can't do this no more, Derpy I just can't..."
"I don't want to get to close to anyone anymore Minkie... I don't want to have to kill friends or family... I don't think I can do that... Never."

Her cutie mark is and will not ever come to her. The reason?
Her destiny was taken away from her the moment she joined the baking.

Limestone Pie(Blinkie Pie)

Role: Left hand/Willing Baker

Age: 9(First Seen) ; 20(Last Seen)

At the age of 15, them and their sister walked into the shed where they found Pinkie standing over another filly with a knife in her mouth. Blinkie is very happy to join in with their sister.
Next to their older sister, Blinkie is the most neglected by their parents.
They is one of if not my favorite to write in this story, being snappy and loud at times. 
The only good thing in their life was their sisters and baking so how they see others and the world;
"She is too pretty, I hope you break her face~"
"I don't need him, but I want him, he is... so strong. Give him to me, please Inkie, I know his number isn't up yet but I WANT him."
"This world is unfair Applebloom, there can be good things but it's not like you will forever be upset. I would know."

I don't see them as a Cis pony, after being told by their mother they will never be good enough, and with all the things their mother had done to them, they ended up hating their body.

Derpy Hooves

Role: Second apprentice/Willing Baker(After awhile)

Age: 20(First Seen) ; 25(Last Seen)

She first met Pinkie Pie at the age of 20 on the train to Ponyville. She joined in when she accidentally found the basement and was asked to help Pinkie out. 
She is another victim of the bakers, being forced into the baking but soon enough starts to get into it after finding out how many other ponies see her, as an idiot.
Next to Blinkie and Applebloom, she is up there on the most fun to write next to Minkie Pie. 
She still has a childlike mind when it comes to the world and others inside of it;
"Some ponies have things they are better at than others! It makes them not like others!"
"They think... I am stupid? I-I am not stupid! I am smart like every pony else! I have a cutie mark! I might not see or understand so good at some things but I am just like you!"
"The world is so pretty and smells so nice. I like it, but it can be a meanie sometimes..."

In this story, she will have dysphasia(not fluent and have difficulty forming words and sentences. They will make grammatical errors and have difficulty finding the right word. In severe cases they do not speak spontaneously, but they usually understand what is said to them) and Autism.
